QUALITIES

At Artap, the use of high quality fibers is of upmost importance. All our rugs and carpets are made of natural fibers such as wool, silk, mohair and linen and are carefully chosen to ensure the best esthetics as well as being snug and long-lasting.

Hand tufted qualities are  made of 100% New Zealand coarse wool and fine wool, Mulberry silk, Tussah silk, Mongolian mohair, Italian linen, and combinations of those fibers. Pile height range from 10 mm to 45 mm.

 

Woven qualities are made of 100 % New Zealand coarse wool with a pile height of 12 mm.

Yarns are always dyed upon demand with over 1400 colours to choose from.
